Also bear in mind that these recipes are for Weight Watchers, not Taste Lovers, but, hopefully, most of them will
be able to satisfy both. One more statement about the recipes: they are designed to be relatively easy and fast to prepare.
Except for the lentils, which have to stew, these recipes should mostly be doable in about 45 minutes or less.
